UCP 600 Vario + Large ATC + Pallet Changer - increased profitability and competitiveness

Now is the time to automate! Automation can be easier to implement when you’re not so busy - and doing so will give you an enormous competitive advantage over your customers! Here is one great - and simple - automation solution from GF AgieCharmilles:
Pair a UCP 600 Vario milling machine with the ATC tool change system from GF AgieCharmilles to hold up to 220 tools in "ready" position. The ATC tool changer is a multi story circular magazine that is flanged to the machining center. Easily accessible from the side of the machine, the autonomous magazine lets you change tools during machining so your next tool can be made available by parallel processing and within shortest time (generally less than 3 seconds). A tool-gripper picks-up the required tool from the magazine and brings it to a defined position.
Increase the power of this combination even more by adding GF AgieCharmilles' integrated pallet changer that can be fitted with 7 pallets. The approximate cycle time to unload a pallet and load the next one using this system is 95 seconds! A large circular sliding door on the pallet changer allows for easy loading of the pallet changer disk (manually or with the help of a crane). And large windows provide excellent visibility.
